CLASSES
West Point Community Gymnastics offers a variety of recreational gymnastics classes to the local community.
Each class is designed to engage and challenge your athlete at an age appropriate level.
Tuition is based on monthly enrollment and is assessed on the 1st day of each month.

Parent Tot
Ages: Walking-3 *Coed PARENT TOT classes are coed, parent/guardian assisted and designed to introduce your toddler to class structure, gym play time, socializing and overall body awareness. Your tot will climb, jump, share and play with a group of toddlers during this energetic class.

Preschool
Ages: 3 - 4 *Coed PRESCHOOL classes are coed and structured around listening, behavior and social skills along with age appropriate physical challenges. We utilize obstacle courses, games, free time and structured instruction to offer a fun filled morning to each child.

Homeschool
Ages: 4+ *Coed HOMESCHOOL classes are offered to grade levels and is a coed class. We instruct on basic positions, physical challenges, overall balance and strength. This class will utilize all the events to create an engaging and positive environment for kids to socialize and be fit.

Beginner
Ages: 4-6 BEGINNER classes are a great introduction to event specific skill building and shorter rotations for younger attention spans. The classes mix a variety of games and technical instruction to engage young athletes and physically challenge each child. |
Developmental
Ages 7 - 9 DEVELOPMENTAL classes are structured with event specific training and longer event rotations for more technical instruction. More time will be spent on the apparatus to advance skills and overall competence on the event. Games and other activities will be incorporated to keep the athlete engaged and challenged. |
Advanced
Aged: 10+ ADVANCE classes are structured with event specific training and longer event rotations for more technical instruction. These classes are comparable to the developmental classes but are typically for athletes with more experience and a higher overall skill base. |
