A waiver must be signed for each participating student to participate.
Confirmation of class availability and enrollment must be received. Please do not show up prior to confirming enrollment.
Tuition is due on the first of every month and considered late after the 10th.
Paying tuition is the only way to secure your space in the program. If you decide to take a break from the program and discontinue payment, you forfeit your space in the class. You may request to be added back to the wait list to re-enroll when you return and when space permits.
A $25 late fee will be assessed to your account if tuition is received after the 10th of the month.
We accept cash, check or ACH payment. Invoices will be emailed to the email address provided to pay online.
We require 30 day written notice if you intend to depart the program.
We do not prorate tuition for holidays, illness, closures due to extreme weather or NCAA scheduling conflicts.

GYM RULES
Appropriate attire must be worn. Well fitting clothes such as t-shirt, shorts, tights and/or a leotard.
Hair must be tied back.
Bring a water bottle with water only.
Do not coach your child from the stands/bleachers. We understand the desire to help the staff but this creates confusion when the staff is trying to direct or teach the athlete.
Please do not bring sick children to class. Your child should be free of fever/vomiting for 24hrs without medication before returning to class.
Be on time for class and to pick up your student when class ends.
